Kind Roots Therapy is dedicated to nurturing strong emotional foundations for children and families through compassionate, relationship-based care. We empower caregivers and children with the tools, connection, and confidence needed to foster resilience, emotional growth, and lasting positive change.

Individual therapy provides a safe, supportive space where children and teens can express their feelings, build emotional awareness, and develop healthy coping skills. Through evidence-based strategies, I help young clients strengthen self-regulation, confidence, and resilience.

Parent support sessions offer a compassionate, judgment-free space for caregivers to navigate the challenges of parenting. Together, we build practical strategies, strengthen confidence, and foster deeper connection so you can respond to your child with clarity, calm, and consistency.

PCIT is an evidence-based approach that strengthens the parent-child relationship while improving behavior and emotional regulation. Caregivers learn skills that build connection, increase cooperation, and create more peaceful daily interactions.
PCIT-CALM teaches caregivers how to help their child gradually face fears, build confidence, and reduce anxious avoidance.

Play therapy helps children build emotional regulation, improve behavior, strengthen social skills, and increase confidence. It can be especially helpful for concerns such as anxiety, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and difficulties at school or home.
